   Warranty terms

If defects are discovered in the product during the warranty period, service centers will repair the product or its defective part without charging a fee for the work and replacement of parts. The product bundle or technical specifications of the equipment purchased may differ from the descriptions on the website. The distinction between parts of a design, or design, from those declared in the description on the website is not classified as a product package or functionality. Product images on the website may differ from the original. The company reserves the right to make changes to the characteristics, which is associated with the technical development of a particular product.

List of necessary documents for obtaining warranty services for the repair of goods / equipment in the MotoLux service center:

  • the presence of a manufacturer's warranty card;

  • the presence of the payment receipt. Also, as a supporting document, you can use the delivery note from the delivery service (issued by the courier upon delivery of the parcel).

   According to the legistation of Ukraine, the warranty expires of:

  • There is no warranty card (or other supporting documents);
  • Violations in the design of the warranty card (serial numbers on the products or their marking do not correspond to the information indicated in the warranty card);
  • The manufacturer’s protective signs are damaged: stickers, stickers, holograms, seals, etc;
  • The user violated the integrity of the product during the warranty period: seals were opened, the composition of the special paint in the place of fasteners was violated, there were traces of the use of mechanical means on screws, labels or protective holograms were cut;
  • The warranty has expired;
  • Normal wear components and parts;
  • Damage to the product due to non-compliance with the operating instructions;
  • Non-compliance with storage conditions;
  • Failure to comply with the maintenance schedule;
  • Damage to the product is caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances and liquids;
  • The presence of mechanical damage that led to breakage;
  • The presence of signs of self-repair;
  • Making any changes or additions to the design of the product;
  • Products were repaired by unauthorized persons in violation of the manufacturer's requirements and safety standards;
  • Defects are caused by changes due to the use of the product for a purpose that does not correspond to the established scope of the product specified in the instruction manual;
  • The product is damaged or malfunctioning due to violation of the rules and conditions of installation, connection, adaptation to local tech. conditions of the buyer, operation, storage and transportation;
  • The equipment is damaged due to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, domestic factors and other situations that are not dependent on the seller;
  • The product has pronounced mechanical and / or electrical damage resulting from any actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • Damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or animals into the product;
  • Defects caused by the use of consumables that do not meet operational requirements;
  • The representative of the service department noted the use of abnormal modes or parameters of the equipment or its components (frequencies, voltages, etc.);
  • The equipment was damaged as a result of the use of low-quality and / or faulty (in particular mechanically damaged), or non-standard removable media;
  • Defects are caused by the formation of an excess scale layer on the heating elements;
  • Malfunctions arose as a result of the use of fuels and lubricants (gasoline, oil, grease) of inadequate quality.
