   Payment options on the MotoLux website

 

When placing an order in the MotoLux online store, you can choose one of the payment options:

  1. Buy goods on advance payment;

  2. Buy goods with payment upon receipt.

 

The choice of payment methods may differ depending on the selected delivery method. To select a payment method, you need to add the product you like to the basket and click on the "Checkout" button.

On the checkout page, you must fill in the customer data and select the current delivery method, after that, the choice of the payment method will become available:

  Payment upon receipt:

Одним из популярных способов оплаты за товар является "наложка", то есть, покупатель оплачивает за товар в момент его получения:

   Cash on delivery payment methods:

  • by credit card (only to the courier delivery service department);
  • in cash in national currency (to the department of the courier delivery service or directly to the courier of the delivery service for targeted delivery).

When ordering goods with cash on delivery, please pay attention to the commission of the carrier service for the additional service "money transfer to the sender".

 

 

 

  Payment by bank transfer

Cashless payments a special type of payments that do not use cash. All payments are made by transferring funds from one account to another in banking institutions.

 

To place an order, an individual must provide the following documents:

  1.  Passport of Ukraine or ID card with a certificate of place of residence;
  2.  Identification code.

 

To place an order, a legal entity must provide the following documents:

  1. Enterprise registration certificate;
  2. VAT payer certificate;
  3. Contact phone number for entering in the tax invoice.

   Refunds on prepayment

It`s possible to cancel a purchase in the MotoLux online store whitin 14 days, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Costumer Rights". Also, we want to draw the attention of buyers to Appendix No.3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 and to other regulatory documents, which indicate groups of goods that are not covered by the possibility of returning the proper quality of goods whithin 14 days. For more details on the conditions for returning the proper or inadequate quality of the goods, see the selection Exchange and return.

To receive a refund to an individual, for citizens of Ukraine, you must:

1. Contact the MotoLux customer support center for a refund.

2. Application for the return of funds to the card

3. Expect the receipt of funds within 7 calendar days.

 

To receive a refund for an individual, citizens of other countries, you must:

1. Contact the MotoLux customer support center for a refund.

2. Choose a method of refunding and send the necessary data to e-mail:

3. Expect the receipt of funds within 14 calendar days.

 

 


  Answers to frequently asked questions:

  • MotoLux will issue a refund in the amount actually received from the buyer. Since, payment systems withhold a commission% of the amount for transferring funds from the buyer to the company's account.

  • You cannot use a bank card opened to receive salaries, pensions, scholarships or other social benefits for refunds.

  • MotoLux is not responsible for delays in the receipt of funds or other negative consequences associated with the processing of the payment by the buyer's bank.

  • The refund period depends on the period for returning the goods to the MotoLux warehouse (store).
    If, when returning the goods, the buyer did not attach all the necessary documents, then the refund period is extended by the time required to receive such documents and is paid at the expense of the sender.

  • If an order was placed on the site with a prepayment for the goods, and at the time the manager processes your order, the status of the goods is "out of stock" (and there is no possibility of replacement for a similar product), then the buyer is refunded for 5 calendar days and held payment system costs for the transfer of the amount.
