According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, we give our customers the right to change or return the product purchased from us within 14 days after purchase. Refund is possible only in this case: the product was not in use and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs;
the goods are fully equipped and the integrity of the packaging is not violated (all labels and factory marking are preserved).
Return of goods that did not fit the client according to some criteria that do not contradict Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" is carried out at the expense of the buyer. In the event that the goods are purchased on a prepaid basis, the store returns the prepayment to the customer for 7 days, withholding the shipping costs from the amount of the prepayment.
In case of sending goods / equipment via Nova Poshta, Intime or other delivery services, check the completeness and absence of defects at the time of receipt of the goods. Please note that we are not responsible for the process of shipping the goods by the carrier, therefore, we ask you to inspect the goods upon receipt and, in case of damage, make claims to the carrier directly at the carrier’s warehouse. After receiving an order from freight carriers, Nova Poshta and other freight carriers, claims are not accepted and not compensated.
